I've registered and bought some credits but I still can't create/edit a team the buttons are greyed out. What's wrong?
There is nothing wrong. You have registered and bought credits correctly, it's just that the rider list for the next race has not been officially released yet. We have to wait for the race organisers to release the official race list. Each race is organised differently so we can't give you an exact time when this is likely to be, but in general it's a day or two before the actual race. We then upload it as soon as we can and usually email you to let you know.
Can I join after the first race has started? Is there any disadvantage?
You can join up until the last race begins.
You can still win individual race prizes even if you only compete in one of the 7 races. Obviously it will be harder to win the overall prize competition if you do not compete in each race actively.
My selections of 9 riders don't show up when I log back in?
Some players have reported problems viewing rider selections they have previously made. The first thing to check is that you have remembered to click the "save" or "submit" button at the bottom of the team edit screen. If you flick between webpages without doing this your changes will not be saved.
There have been problems reported with some browser configurations. Please make sure your browser security settings are set to "Medium" or "Low". The site was designed to work with a "Medium" setting but we have noticed some browser versions do not have the same interpretation. To do this in Internet Explorer on a windows computer select from the top menu:

>>> and click on the SECURITY tab
>>> then in the "Reset custom settings"
>>> select "Low"
>>> click the RESET button
>>> then click OK

How will I know how many points I have accumulated?
When the race begins log in regularly to check your team status either in the homepage or in the MANAGE TEAM section. Go to the RULES section for more details on the POINTS scoring.
Can I change my team after a race has started?
Once an individual race has begun you cannot edit your team as the race develops. Part of the skill of being a manager is to make your key decisions in good enough time to ensure success.
If you have any problems with your team selection please let us know imediately and we will do our best to put it right for you.
When do I need to pay?
Before each race commences (by 12:00 UTC+2 on the day of the race) you will need to pay for the finalised teams you wish to enter for that particular race. As there are different startlists for each of the races you will need to enter and pay the race fees to enter the team for each race. It costs 3 credits per race in the Spring Classics 2010.
The nature of real life races are that the official start lists are often released only the day before a race is due to begin. Where possible we may go with a provisional list to allow you to build a team in advance of the official startlist being released. Be aware that it is likely that there will be riders dropped from this start list and your teams may be affected.
I've paid for my team and registered it in the race. What happens if one of riders is dropped before the race starts? I can't add a new rider.
If there is still time before the current race's start deadline we can revert your team to unpaid for and allow you to make last minute changes to your rider selection. Please contact the help team and we will try and resolve this for you ASAP.
Are the 7 riders I choose from the race start list then fixed for the other races in the Spring Classics 2010?
There are different racelists for each of the races in the Spring Classics 2010. We will release the next race's start list as soon as it becomes available. Please note that the race organisers often only release these very close to the race beginning.
I completed the registration and have successfully selected 7 riders. How do I pay my race fees to enter my team in the competition?
You need to buy RACE CREDITS. You can make payments for your race credits by clicking on the BUY CREDITS button on the left hand menu.
There are 2 options. You can pay by a credit card or via an existing PayPal account. You can pay in any currency using a creditcard. You have until 12:00 UTC+2 on the day of the race to use these credits to pay your race fees which in turn registers your team in the Spring Classics 2010 competition.
How do you decide who wins the prize per classic prizes if there is a tie at the top??
In the event of a tie, a manager who has not yet won a per classic prize will win over another who has. If a tie still exists then we will look at the previous race and choose a winner based on these rankings. If none of the tied managers have played previous races we will draw straws for the winner. If an individual manager wins two or more races then the latest race prize will be awarded to the 2nd ranking manager. If they have already won a prize then it will be passed down to the 3rd ranking manager for that race and so on...
